Jigs & Fixtures

• Customer input and comments are valuable to us and will be seriously considered at design stage. If necessary, on site observation and checking will be performed to fully understand the requirements.
• Subject to the level of complexity a brain-storming session and detailed feasible study and functionality test will be carried out.
• With the assistance of the computer-aided design software and other value-added sources of information, we provide our proposal complete with draft drawing and specification.

Kheng Hong Engineering & Trading Sdn. Bhd. is the OEM for the most well known brands of grinder ever built. We are the OEM for the world-famous Blanchard Surface Grinder. We are also the OEM for Springfield Vertical Grinders. A Blanchard Surface Grinder is a vertical rotary surface grinder. Springfield built vertical grinders for ID/OD grinding.

For over a decade, we have built both new Blanchard Surface Grinders and Springfield Vertical Grinders! Our extensive engineering records from both companies allow us to build these machines with attention what made them great originally while incorporating new technologies and features for today’s manufacturing needs.
